How Licensing Works
A Utilizes License
Access to the NEXsteps Governance Methodology™ is provided through a Utilizes License. This is a formal licensing arrangement between the practitioner and Agapi Marketing & Consulting Ltd. that grants the right to apply the methodology in professional practice. It isn’t a subscription, a course enrollment, or a membership. It’s a controlled, documented license to use a proprietary framework.
Licenses are available to individual practitioners and to entities. The licensing inquiry process will help identify which structure fits your practice.
What the License Includes
When your license is active, you have access to everything you need to apply the methodology in your practice. That includes the O.V.E.R.S.I.G.H.T.™ and S.T.E.W.A.R.D.™ working matrices, the Licensed Operational Playbook, orientation and training materials, internal governance controls, and supporting documentation. Everything lives in a secure private portal that’s accessible for the duration of your license term.
The Process
Licensing isn’t self-serve, and that’s intentional. Candidates go through a structured inquiry and approval process before a license is issued. Once approved, you’ll complete a mandatory orientation and sign a set of activation documents before full portal access is granted. This process exists to make sure every licensee understands what the methodology is, how it works, and what their obligations are as a licensed user.
The license renews annually and is invoiced directly. Continued access to the portal and materials depends on an active license in good standing. If a license lapses or is revoked, the right to use the methodology ends, including the right to use any materials already in the licensee’s possession.
What the License Is Not
The Utilizes License isn’t a certification, credential, or designation. It doesn’t confer new professional standing or qualify you to offer services outside your existing scope. What it gives you is a governance framework to support the professional work you’re already qualified to do.
It also doesn’t transfer ownership of the methodology or any of its components. The NEXsteps Governance Methodology™, O.V.E.R.S.I.G.H.T.™, and S.T.E.W.A.R.D.™ remain the proprietary intellectual property of Agapi Marketing & Consulting Ltd. As a licensee, you have the right to use the framework. You don’t own it.
The methodology doesn’t constitute legal, tax, or financial advice and doesn’t replace your professional judgment or your obligations to your clients. It’s a governance structure that works alongside the expertise you already bring to your practice.
